Unfortunately whilst shipping bottles to them UPS lost the parcel and the attitude and customer service shown by SWA was beyond terrible, I was shocked by how little they cared that a high value parcel just vanished without any explanation, with no accountability demanded from their Scotch Whisky Auctions has 5 stars!
